Nicole started at Hayford Ford in 2014. When Nicole is away from our busy office, she enjoys Spending her time with her husband and two boys. They are a true Minnesota family with a love for camping, four wheeling, snowmobiling and cookouts with friends and family.

Nicole Sylvester

Office Assistant

Nicole has joined the Hayford Ford team after staying home to raise her children for the last 10 years. With her children now being a bit older, Lily 10, and Chase 7, she has rejoined the workforce and we are very happy she is part of the team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family at state parks, snowmobiling and horseback riding. She also loves to cook but baking is not her thing.

Craig Kluver

Craig joined the Hayford Ford parts department in 2021 bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the automotive part industry. In his spare time Craig and his son spend their time golfing, hunting, fishing and of course going to car shows.

Trevor Willnecker

Certified Parts Associate

In 2022 Trevor joined the parts team here at Hayford Ford. Trevor likes all things to do with car racing so, if he is not here assisting customers you will find him at the racetrack or watching Nascar, Formula 1 and Le Mans racing. And if you ask me, he is giving our GSM a run for his money on the nickname “The Beard.”

T.J. is a household name here at Hayford Ford and has been with the company for over 20 years. His firsthand knowledge and experience with Ford vehicles allow Hayford Ford to be one of the best dealerships in the Minnesota. Hardly anyone stops by without knowing or wanting to talk to the “Beard.” T.J. is very dedicated but when he manages to pull himself away from the dealership you will find him in his Bronco or hunting and camping with his family.

Sheila Tousley

BDC Internet Manager

Sheila came to Hayford Ford in 2021 after several years on the internet, management, and sales side of the automotive industry. Sheila loves to talk so it makes sense that she spends most of her day on the phone with you our valued customers. In her spare time Sheila likes to ride her motorcycle, refinish furniture, and spend time with her 4 children and 5 grandchildren. So, if you see the Harley parked outside the dealership in the summer stop in and say hello. She will talk your ear off!

Kiara Stevenson

Product Specialist

Kiara started her new career with Hayford Ford in January of 2023. She has been in the customer service and sales industry for 10 years. She has a husband David and 2 children; Milo is 5 and Felix is 1. You can only imagine how busy her household can be. When she has some spare time, she likes to play video games. Her bubbly attitude and witty sense of humor make her a joy to be around.

Mary has been with Hayford Ford for nearly 10 years and has been in the automotive service industry for 30 years. Mary is always there to greet you when the service doors open with her friendly smile and extensive knowledge to help you with all your car servicing needs. When Mary is not assisting our service customers, she enjoys spending her time traveling with her husband and 2 children.

Phil brings 24 years of experience to Hayford Ford. He is dedicated to each customer he encounters and prides himself on product knowledge. His appetite for knowledge goes beyond automobiles, as he is also a scholar of American and World history. And speaking of appetites his wife makes incredible cookies that she shares with us here at the dealership often. When Phil has free time he enjoys auto racing, snowmobiling and hobby farming.

Ashley Gillette

Detail Specialist

Ashley started working for the detail team in 2019. Ashley has many hobbies and what she likes most to do in her spare time is to hang out with her family and friends doing a variety of fun activities.

Brayden Hayford

Brayden started at Hayford Ford when he was only 16 years old. Brayden has plans to advance his way through all the positions at the dealership and follow in his dads’ footsteps someday. When Brayden is not busy working at the dealership he enjoys hunting, clay shooting, and riding dirt bike with his brother. Brayden also has quite a unique hobby, he studies past wars, battles, and the weapons used.

Zach Adams

In September of 2022 Zach joined the Hayford Ford team. He has worked with or on cars since 2016 and we are lucky to have him on our team. He and his wife Madeline have two dogs; Archie and Olive. They like to go hunting, play softball and hang out with friends and family. An interesting and cool fact about Zach is he used to play semi-pro football!!
